We support other organisations who are conducting research by inputting/scanning and analysing their questionnaires, managing surveys or analysing data already collected.

A high-speed optical scanner is used to process questionnaires and convert the data into electronic format. The use of scanning technology for data inputting will maximise the accuracy of data and the speed of survey processing.

Data is converted into SPSS software (Statistical Package for Social Scientists) for analysis. We can provide output as raw data, a data report with tables showing the results of each question and lists of ‘open ended’ responses, or as a written report. Cross-tabulations can be included showing variations by gender, age, area etc.

For postal surveys we can manage the printing of the questionnaire, sampling and distribution, and provide a freepost address for direct return to Matters of Fact for processing.
