The results from the latest survey of the Northamptonshire Business Opinion Panel (N-BOP) are now available. Some key headlines include:

• 34% of N-BOP members responding to the questionnaire offer specific health initiatives to staff
• Of those who offer health initiatives 56% offer social events for staff
• When asked if any incentives would encourage their organisation to offer some health initiatives the majority of panel members responded that tax breaks (70%) and funding/grants (61%) would be an encouragement
• The loss of man hours was the most cited cost with 70% of respondents saying this option.
