Northamptonshire Business Opinion Panel - Guidelines

Matters of Fact will invite you by email to participate in a maximum of 6 surveys a year which will each take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

If you opt in to the ‘Quick Panel Poll’ on the registration form, Matters of Fact may periodically contact you by email and ask you 1 or 2 questions with the aim of getting a rapid business reaction to topical news.

You can opt out of the panel at any time or nominate another person in your business to take your place by emailing businesspanel@mattersoffact.co.uk

All Matters of Fact surveys are conducted in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct and Data Protection principles.

Matters of Fact will collect information about your business in a registration form to enable us to make sure that we only ask you to participate in surveys that are relevant to your business. We may also use this information to produce analysis by variables such as business size, sector, or location. Neither you nor your business will be identifiable from any analysis undertaken. At no time will Matters of Fact pass on any of the personal data to a Third Party. Please read our Privacy Statement here.

Matters of Fact may occasionally contact you by email to check that our records are up to date and that you still wish to participate in the Panel. We reserve the right to remove you from the panel if you are not able to respond to surveys in accordance with the timescales requested.
